Creating a User Account
While you can place an order in our online store without registering, creating a regular customer account offers several valuable benefits.
Your personal details and address only need to be entered once. In the future, you just log in, and placing an order will take significantly less
time.
Some discount campaigns and special offers are available only to registered customers.
If you wish to order on behalf of a company, this is also possible as a registered user.
The user account becomes active on the day of creation, and the user may delete their account at any time.
By creating an account, the user confirms that the provided name and contact details are accurate, that
they are of legal age, and, if registering on behalf of a legal entity, that they have the right to represent the
company.
By creating a user account, the individual confirms that they understand the purpose of the account (i.e.,
placing orders and purchasing goods), and that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
and its appendices.
Selecting Products
At the top and center of the page, you will find the product category menu. Click on the desired category
to view the products in that section.
On the product page, make your selection and add the item to your cart.
Shopping Cart
After adding a product to your cart, you can continue shopping by clicking the “Continue Shopping”
button.
A summary of your cart (quantity and total amount) is continuously displayed at the top right corner of the
page.
By clicking it, you’ll be directed to the shopping cart page, where you can review your selected items in
detail, change quantities, or remove products.
Once you’ve added the desired items, fill out the personal information form, select a delivery method,
accept the terms and conditions, and choose a payment method.
When all desired items are in the cart, proceed to checkout by clicking: “Go to checkout”.
Placing the Order
To order, you need to create an account in our ordering system. Once logged in, you can add items of
interest to your cart.
When ready, click “Order” in your cart and fill out the required fields. Then choose your preferred
delivery method.
A final order summary will be displayed, and to confirm, click “Submit Order”.
You will then see the total amount due, which can be paid securely via bank link or another payment
method.
Payment for the Order
You can pay for the order by bank transfer or through a bank link. The online store processes payments
only in euros.
If you choose bank transfer, an invoice/order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address
after placing the order. You can make the transfer based on that.

Please make sure to include your order number in the payment description.
If the invoice is not paid within 3 calendar days, the order will be canceled.
Once your payment has been received, a sales invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
You can use bank links from Swedbank, SEB, Coop Bank, LHV Bank, and Nordea.
To pay via bank link, click the “Pay” button next to your bank and follow the instructions.
The contract comes into effect once the payment has been received in the online store’s account.
It is important to ensure all your details are correct—otherwise, your order may not reach you.
The seller is not responsible for incorrect data entered by the buyer in the online store. If the buyer enters
an incorrect address, the shipment may not be delivered, and the seller is not liable.
Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the payment has been received.
A notification will also be sent to you via email.
Orders with invoice-based payment will be reserved for three working days.
