Trustworthy and secure shopping experience
To place an order in the online store, select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart. To
complete your order, enter your details and choose a suitable delivery method (Omniva, SmartPOST, or
DPD parcel lockers across Estonia).
You can pay via bank transfer or through bank links provided by Maksekeskus, supporting the most
commonly used banks in Estonia.
Fast delivery – order to the nearest parcel locker
The offered products are in stock.
When ordering to a parcel locker, we will ship paid orders within 24 hours.
The goods will be sent to the parcel locker indicated in the order in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, or Lithuania.
It is important to ensure that all your information is correct—otherwise, the order may not reach you. The
seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the buyer in the online store. If the buyer
provides an incorrect address, the shipment may not arrive, and the seller is not liable.
Shipping costs are covered by the buyer according to the prices displayed with the chosen delivery
method and are automatically added to the order.
Within Estonia, parcels usually arrive within 2–4 business days. For international deliveries, it takes 1–2
weeks. If, for any reason, delivery is delayed, we will inform you via email or phone.
You will receive an SMS notification once the parcel has arrived at the locker, containing the locker door
code. The parcel is stored in the parcel locker for 7 calendar days.
If you’re unable to use the listed delivery methods, please contact us before placing your order so we can
arrange an alternative way to get your products to you.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the online store. The prices of the products are listed
next to each item. Delivery charges are added to the price and depend on the buyer’s location and chosen
delivery method. These charges are displayed when placing the order. Product information is presented
next to each product in the online store.
Placing an order
To order, add the desired products to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart” on the product card. When all
items are added, proceed to the checkout by clicking “Order” in the cart and filling in the required fields.
Then, select a suitable delivery method. The final order summary will be displayed, and to confirm the
order, click “Submit Order”.
Payment for the order
You can pay for the order by bank transfer or via bank link. The online store processes payments only in
euros.
If you choose bank transfer, an invoice/order confirmation will be sent to your email after completing the
order, based on which you can make the transfer.

If the invoice is not paid within 5 calendar days, the order will be cancelled.

To pay via bank link, click the “Pay” button next to your selected bank and follow the instructions.
The contract enters into force once the payment has been received in the online store’s account.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. This right
does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to inspect its nature,
properties, and functioning—similar to what is permitted in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond this or shows signs of wear or usage, the online store has the right to
reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the product’s value.
To return the product, send a withdrawal notice to infoaldsharp@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving
the goods.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except when the reason for return is a product defect or an
incorrect item.
The online store will refund the buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, including the
original shipping costs.
Costs related to return shipping are not reimbursed.
The online store has the right to cancel the sale and request the return of goods if a pricing error has
resulted in the product being sold significantly below its market value.
Right to file a complaint
The online store is responsible for the non-compliance or defects in products sold that existed at the time
of delivery.
If a defect appears, the buyer must notify the online store within two weeks by emailing
infoaldsharp@gmailcom.
The online store is not liable for defects that occurred after the goods were delivered.
If the product is defective and the online store is responsible, it will repair or replace the product.
The online store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in
writing within 15 days.
